A story of passion
Our oil mill was founded in 2005 under the auspices of the Wittisheim Arboriculture Association. Two of our founding members first designed a small-scale press in their garage before developing the business over the years in premises provided by the town. Today, we continue to uphold this artisanal expertise with the same commitment.
