Our Oil Mill

Huilerie Oléa is an artisan oil mill located in Wittisheim, in the heart of Alsace. Since 2005, we have been passionately transforming oilseeds and fruits into exceptional virgin oils, using traditional expertise and responsible production methods. We also offer pressing services for individuals who wish to make oil from their own harvest.
