After extracting our oils by cold pressing, we use the famous ‘oil cake’ (a dry, compact paste resulting from the extraction process and composed of fibres) by finely grinding it to obtain delicious flours that can be used in both cooking and baking.
It can be used in a mixture of white flour in a proportion of 10 to 20% maximum to flavour your recipes. Use it in your madeleine makers or with beggar's bread...
