DESCRIPTION
Sunflowers are plants that inevitably bring to mind the sun. Their black or grey-streaked seeds, which come from oil-producing varieties, produce a delicate oil with a very bright yellow colour that is rich in vitamin E. It is known for its antioxidant properties. One tablespoon of sunflower oil covers approximately 60% of an adult's daily requirements. Its taste, with a slight hint of almond, will enhance your summer salads as well as your meat dishes.

The seeds are produced in our region using environmentally friendly farming methods. Once dry, they are processed to extract the oil without altering their nutritional qualities. After filtration, the oil reveals its true brilliance with its light yellow colour.
