Ingredients :
100 g hazelnut flour
50 g wheat or rice flour
2 eggs
80 g brown sugar
60 ml neutral oil or melted butter
100 ml milk (plant-based or animal-based)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
80 g dark chocolate chips
Preparation :
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flours, baking powder, salt and sugar.
In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk and oil.
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients, then add the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into muffin tins.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the muffins are golden brown.
