  • 20 cl heavy cream

  • 3 tablespoons rapeseed oil

  • ½ lemon

  • 2 teaspoons herbes de Provence

  • A pinch of pepper

Preparation:

  1. Bring 2 liters of water to a boil in a saucepan.

  2. Heat the rapeseed oil in a frying pan over high heat.

  3. Once the water is boiling, cook the fresh tagliatelle for about 5 minutes (or as indicated on the package).

  4. Add the whole raw shrimp to the hot pan, immediately sprinkle with herbes de Provence and garlic powder. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.

  5. Remove the shrimp from the pan and season them with salt, leaving some of the herbs and garlic in the pan.

  6. Over low heat, add the cream to the same pan and stir in the juice of half a lemon.

  7. Drain the pasta, add it to the pan, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.

  8. Serve the tagliatelle topped with the shrimp, and enjoy immediately.
